Delivery Notice
You have the right to cancel, amend or return any orders at any point of after sale. This includes amending or cancelling orders up until the point of dispatch.
Any additional items added to the order will incur the additional charge specified on the added product.
Any partial or full cancellations will be refunded to you within 5 - 10 working days.
After the point of dispatch, you have the right to return any sealed product for a full refund within 5 - 10 working days.
You have the right to return open product, however, once sealed product has been opened, unfortunately no refund will be issued.
Any costs for the return of any product will be liable to the customer. Ashspokemarket will not cover this cost.
Returns and Amendments Policy
Orders made will cost the fixed price of £2.80 postage and packaging.
Orders will be packed and sent within 2 working days and will arrive within 7 - 10 working days using 1st Class Royal Mail.
Supplementary Costs
Any supplementary costs from orders which have been delayed, lost or misrouted will be liable to the customer. Ashspokemarket will not cover these costs.
