You have the right to cancel, amend or return any orders at any point of after sale. This includes amending or cancelling orders up until the point of dispatch.

Any additional items added to the order will incur the additional charge specified on the added product.

Any partial or full cancellations will be refunded to you within 5 - 10 working days. 

After the point of dispatch, you have the right to return any sealed product for a full refund within 5 - 10 working days.

You have the right to return open product, however, once sealed product has been opened, unfortunately no refund will be issued.

Please Take Photo's and Videos of any damages while opening your product from us. We have started to record packaging to provide evidence of how your products have been sent. If any damages occure during transit we will help with this. However if you do not have proof of how the product arrived with for example the box and opening the package, unfortuantly we will not offer a refund or a replacement due to the Very high influx in scams recently.

Any costs for the return of any product will be liable to the customer. Ashspokemarket will not cover this cost.
